The team is actually a collaboration of many sub-teams whose sole purpose is to ensure a perfect solution to every situation you may encounter. The team is comprised of: Outside Sales Support, Outside Technical Support, Inside Technical Support, Inside Customer Service and a 24-hour emergency response system.
Our customers do not always end their business day at the same time we do. For this reason we have developed a 24-hour emergency mailbox system that is continuously being monitored by a customer service representative. Once a message is received, a member from our team will call you back within the hour. During that time, we will have gone into our system to check price and availability of the item (s) you requested. If the item is in-stock, we can schedule an emergency messenger delivery or a next business day delivery – your choice. Each one of our emergency calls is logged into an internal database and a member of our team will contact you the next day to ensure that your request was met to your satisfaction.
